The hotel is located in a quiet area, away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. The staff at this hotel were friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The rooms were basic but clean and well-maintained, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

All was satisfactory, no improvements needed.

Rooms were cleaned, even later in the day, when we had a lie in!!!

loved my recent stay in krakow, and this time at a new hotel. artery hotels exceeded my expectations - great location, friendly staff, and clean rooms. loved the tours they arranged too! highly recommend!

door lock needs fixing

The staffs at the reception were extremely friendly, polite and helpful. We had gotten a room with a window that was too high up, staffs got a ladder to open the window for us really quickly after complaint was made. Location was great, about 10 minutes walk from the rail station and 20 minutes from the old town.

Even though there was an elevator, there were still small steps to climb before reaching the hotel and the room after coming out from the elevator. Worse for people staying on the top floor as the elevator does not reach the top, need to climb spiral stairs to reach. No airconditoning, can get rather stuffy in the room. Water leaking from the shower compartment, making the bathroom floor wet!

There were not wardrobe in our room, and it was impossible to close the window ( it is too high)

Located in a quiet side street, this hotel is not far from the train station and within walking distance of most attractions, including the main market. the room and bathroom are clean and service is generally good. There is a decent breakfast, and the shower has plentiful hot water with good pressure. the staff are welcoming and helpful.

The hotel can be quite noisy at night due to the bar next door.

It's a very cozy hotel with warm atmosphere and helpful staff. Located stone's throw away main railway and bus station. And city center is just about 15 min walk. Breakfast with many options to choose, served in really nice dining room. Relaxing place, worth to recommend it.

Location was good, you can walk to town quite easily.

It wasnt really an aparthotel, there was no kitchenette in the room. The walls were also really thin and you can hear what the person in the other room was saying. Parking is also a little tight for bigger cars.

Great city break hotel! Perfect location within walking distance of everything we wanted to see. Breakfast had a good selection of foods, including fresh fruit and yogurt, and staff were very friendly. Room was well equipped with tea/coffee facilities and the bed was comfortable.

The room was quite basic and could have been cleaner in certain areas. Noise from outside made it difficult to sleep at times. a good value stay if you're looking for a central location and don't mind basic accommodations.

We stayed in superior room and were impressed by huge bathroom, nice view and comfy beds. Reception staff was very nice, helping with tours (you can get Auschwitz tour for about 30 € pers.) or taxi arrangements. Overall - very nice stay

The wellness centre was top notch, staff very helpful.

Thought the cost of breakfast/ drinks were a bit expensive.
